Supporting Autism Research

Donations

By supporting ASD-CARC today you are helping us to build important knowledge to create better and more promising futures for children and adults with ASDs and their families.

Your donation helps us to carry out the full range of research projects described under ASD-CARC Research. This includes the Identification of Genetic and Environmental Factors affecting Susceptibility to ASDs; Neurophysiological Studies on ASDs; Developmental Trajectory of ASDs throughout the lifespan; Studies on Communication in Individuals with ASDs; and, Epidemiology of ASDs. Your support also helps us to further develop and maintain AutismConnects.

Special Research Funds

If you would like to start a special fund within our Research Program, in honour of someone, we are happy to discuss this with you.

For example, dedicated funds might support:
  • Research on the Genetics of Autism;
  • Research on potential Environmental Factors affecting Autism;
  • Research on teaching Communication Skills to individuals with Autism;
  • Summer Scholarships for Promising Students; and
  • Scholarships for individuals on the spectrum or their siblings to conduct research during the summer with ASD-CARC mentors.
We would be happy to discuss your thoughts on this opportunity.

If you wish to make a donation to the ASD-CARC Autism Research Program, or establish a Special Research Fund within ASD-CARC, please make your cheque payable to:

"Autism Research - Queen's University (Attention: Dr. Jeanette Holden)"

Please mail your donation to:
Autism Research, c/o Dr. Jeanette Holden
